The Steeper Climb understands that circumstances may change and individuals may need to discontinue their program. We have implemented a refund policy to accommodate such situations. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Individuals who are registered for our programs and discontinue the program at the end of Module 1, will be entitled to a 100% refund of the program fee.
  • Individuals who complete module 1 and unlock section 2, attest that they have enjoyed the program content and wish to continue with the program. As such, no refunds will be provided for individuals who have completed module 1 and unlocked module 2.
  • Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and received by us within the specified timeframe which is within 10 days from date of commencement of program. The request should include the participant’s name, program name, and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the request.
  • The Steeper Climb reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
